Greetings Yogis and Yoginis,
In class this week we are talking about “Melting Away Anger.”
Once you begin to watch your anger, you will make an interesting discovery. You will find that as soon as you know you are angry, your anger will melt away by itself. It is very important that you watch with out likes and dislikes. The more you are able to look at your own anger without making judgments, without being critical, the more easily the anger will dissipate.

The reflection from the quote is to work to just witness the seeds of your anger without labeling it. From this awareness actively turn your anger into a positive emotion like compassion or love.
